But I know it had a few strategies for barking. One, that I can remember was taking on long tiring walks. The book said that can solve multiple behavior problems. We tried it out on my friends dog once, it wasnt that far but since it is a tiny dog it worked. She was completely pooped when we got back to the house, she layed on the couch for about the rest of the day and was pretty quiet, but of course came to the table to beg for food when it was dinner time It’s kind of a long name but I like the name Casey. Most dogs work on a rewards system. If you yell at them or try to coddle them as they are misbehaving, they will take that as a good thing The best thing to do is to quietly walk away or turn your head. Be resilient. Even if they bark for 20 minutes, do not give them attention. When they have quieted down, give them about 10 seconds and then go over and congratulate them for being quiet.
